By accessing or using StretchStrong ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StretchStrong provides evidence-based injury prevention protocols, exercise guidance, risk assessments, and progress tracking tools designed by healthcare professionals. The Service is available as a web application and mobile application.

3. Medical Disclaimer

StretchStrong is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content provided through our Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or injury.

• Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by StretchStrong.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms during exercises, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
• The exercise protocols are general guidelines and may not be appropriate for all individuals.
• Users with existing injuries, medical conditions, or who are recovering from surgery should consult their healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription Plans

StretchStrong offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Access to basic protocols and assessments
• Premium Plan: Full access to all protocols, AI features, and advanced analytics
• Pro Plan: Premium features plus personalized coaching and priority support

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or your app store account.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Service without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, protocols, exercise illustrations, and software comprising StretchStrong are the intellectual property of StretchStrong and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StretchStrong and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or loss of data, whether caused by tort, breach of contract, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service.
